About Me

My name is Linda Howes. I started this massage business because I feel that massage is a therapy that helps people with emotional, psychological and physical issues. It is a wonderfull therapy to improve the quality of life and day to day functioning of those with Special Needs!

I have extensive experience massaging individuals with brain injuries. Including those with behavior issues. I have worked with high functioning brain injured, and those who can't move on their own. I had many clients, for many years, at the Neuro Rehabilitation Center in Middleboro, MA,  before it closed a few years ago.

I have been in business for 12 years now, and have had great sucess in helping the mobility and health of my clients. Many of my clients I have had for several years or more. I have worked with children as young as two and half, and adults as old as 92. My clients have a variety of disabilities and behavior issues. I wanted to massage the people that other's may not want to, because I belive that everyone deserves a massage, and the ones with the most issues would probably benefit the most.

Before becoming a massage therapist I worked for many years with adults and children with a variety of developmental and physical challenges. I was employed as a Developmental Specialist for Habilitation Assistance Corporation in Plymouth, worked as a Personal Care Attendant for a boy with Cerebral Palsy and also for a gentleman who was paralyzed.

I received my massage training at the Polarity Realization Institute in Plymouth, MA, graduating in March 2001.  I am licensed to massage in the state of Massachusetts. I have devoted my career to the health and well-being of adults and children with Special Needs.
